Sexy serial killer virtue signals

Horror movie about a hot serial killer, abused as a child, who finds virtue in murdering bad people. The killer is dishonest. He will murder anyone in his way. You, the lusty gay who rents a room to him, after promising it to someone else, is what makes it a gay movie. 

Unsettling & unsatisfying. Most movies are a morality play where the villain is punished in the end. Not here. He escapes after you stab him. To kill again. You don't change. You're a creepy loser throughout the film as you try to emulate the killer. The movie is intense & frustrating. And a cautionary tale.
