Why can't I ejaculate?

Well-said. At 7 minutes I paused to absorb the insights. 14 more minutes? Surely he will repeat himself. No. New insights kept coming. The brain controls orgasm. So at the last second, I close my eyes & think the right thought. So true. 

In my case I can orgasm. But I cannot ejaculate because of prostate cancer. So it's a dry orgasm. My erectile dysfunction is treated successfully. My partner is fine except aging. So am I. Still thinking about the video insights.
