Why write?

A book is the technology where my soul communicates directly to your soul (Adam Smith paraphrase) Why read? (These are my thoughts, not Spencer's) Because VISION is much more powerful than HEARING & all the other senses. Sight routinely processes more information more quickly by orders of magnitude. 

Example - citizens constantly ask for the transcript of a 3-hour city council meeting. Why not listen to the audio podcast? Because you can read the entire 3 hours in 20 minutes or less, every word, and have a better understanding of the ideas..... untarnished by personality of the reader who might make mistakes anyway. If all college lessons were audio, it would take 20 years for a 4-year degree. 😁 

Each book is its own content + content reader. You don't need a Kindle or computer to access the content. Simply print out my online love poems, put them in a notebook & you will have a book. Create a PDF & you still have a book but need a display device.

 ❤️ Why read? To avoid wasting time.
