Urge to Cheat

Sky of long shadows
Day trip     Almost sunset
I stop where we met
Where we played last summer
After we broke up
Now we're back together

Is that you with a backpack?
My heart is racing
That's not your dog or your truck
But the man looks just like you
Can't be
Let me drive & turn around
So much has changed up here
I will offer him a ride to anywhere
When I drive back down
He's getting picked up in a little car

What made me stop here today?
My relationship is better than ever
More steady & stable & routine
Love-making hot like it used to be
Did I think I would catch you?
Not really
What's wrong with me?
It was my urge & intent to cheat
Babe I need your help
To get back on the right track.

No gay roles for actual gays

Image
Straight actor plays a gay role. The in-depth discussion reveals strange realities.  (A) Theater & Hollywood are full of gay people. Yet somehow only straight people can be found for gay roles. James Sutton is to be commended for not expressing contempt at gay men. (B) Nostalgia for the bad times of the past. The narrative is that gay life has improved since 2007 when John Paul kissed Craig. That's a false narrative. The gay & lesbian community (LG) now includes straight people (BTQ+). So straights have taken over gay spaces & diluted their gayness. Gay bars have disappeared since European countries became Muslim. Gay life is more dangerous than ever. And straight people don't understand. They don't feel it. Also many political gays are blinded to the everyday reality of gay people. First kiss John Paul & Craig 2007.

He thinks you're the hottest person at the venue. You reject him because he's looking for a relationship; the thing you say you're looking for. WARNING stay clear of this  confused person.

Meddling mother means well

Dad: What gives you a boner? Son: I'm 17. Everything gives me a boner. Your mom means well. She thinks you're gay. You think so too. Until mom steals your identity & applies for an LGBT scholarship to pay for your college. Now the entire school thinks you're gay. And straight girls are suddenly super-attracted to you. So you start to doubt your gayness. You're a virgin. So you don't really know. Lucky for you, bi-questioning counts as gay. "Helicopter Mom" (2014) on Tubi & other platforms. TV-14.
