Gay beach by the sea
Imagination with all due haste 
Precious escape to another space

The waves crash the continent
Attraction is permanent
Changes the wind direction

Dry shelter from shame & hiding
I apply the sunscreen lotion
Determination Subdued emotion
Smiling faces You're not lying

Vacation from isolation
Mind & body rejuvenation 
The soul has good taste
My heart is in another place

Our gay love is a secret Paradoxically There are no secrets between us Not supposed to be The more fiercely hidden The more outrageous are The chances we take We've taken some big ones As if we want to get caught We do.
