Love bubble & piles of rubble
Like when a cave-in spares us
A storm strikes all around us
Nerve centers crumble like sand
Powers that be are powerless
Inhibition melts like cotton candy 

When you hold my hand
Smile of joy & happiness
With sadness all around us
Emptiness fills the void
But us together Serious love
And optimism in our daydreams

We look around us
So much well-lit darkness
Isolation & resignation
Romantic rubble in piles
Passionate trouble for miles
Broken hearts pave the path
Road to ruination is wet
The sky is foreboding
Pessimism penetrates the soul

Unless the heart is unbroken 
Shield of irrational optimism 
Contusions of delusion 
What injury? I'm fine
No feeling is hurt
Because Love Bubble

All around us Miles of trouble 
But we're in a Love Bubble
